Siena water polo lost their final two games of the MAAC/CWPA Crossover, falling to Mercyhurst 11-5 and Cal State University Monterey Bay 12-10.
In the first game of the day, the Saints would be led by Samantha Voelker who registered two goals on five shots. The senior also tallied two steals.
Clare Bryar scored Siena's lone goal in the first quarter as the Saints began the second quarter with a one goal deficit.
Mercyhurst pulled away in the second, outscoring Siena 4-1. The Saints' goal came from Taylor Young.
Sarah Abbott made seven saves and recorded one assist in the first game. Carly Jackson-Clark made an appearance in goal making four saves and adding one assist.
In Siena's final game of the MAAC/CWPA Crossover, the Saints were anchored by three goals, three assists and two steals by Bryar. Fiona Dretzka added three goals and Voelker had two.
CSU Monterey Bay used a four-goal second quarter give the team a 6-3 lead after the second quarter.
In the net, the Saints were led by Jackson-Clark who recorded five saves and one steal.
Siena would respond with a four goal fourth quarter to fall just short of the Otters.
The Saints travel to California for spring break with a contest at Whittier Wednesday at 7 p.m.
