St. Francis Box Score 
The Siena water polo team lost their first two games to open MAAC play. The Saints fell 17-5 to Wagner and was edged 11-8 in the loss to St. Francis Brooklyn. Clare Bryar tallied six goals in the two games to lead the Saints in the score column.
In game one against Wagner, Siena recorded one goal in the first half, a second quarter score from Bryar. The sophomore found herself in the scoring once again in the third and twice in the fourth. Fiona Dretzka was the lone Saint besides Bryar to score for the Saints.
Carly Jackson-Clark registered 13 saves while Sarah Abbott made 5 in relief in the cage. On the defensive end, Bryar made four steals as well.
In game two against St. Francis Brooklyn, Samantha Voelker found the back of the net five times. Bryar scored twice while Taylor Young added a single marker to round out the scoring. Young assisted on three of Siena's goals while Dretzka and Bryar recorded three steals apiece on the defensive end.
Jackson-Clark made eight saves in goal for the Saints.
Siena (2-12, 0-2) looks to rebound Saturday April 2nd when the team continues MAAC play against Iona and VMI in Brooklyn, N.Y.
