LOUDONVILLE, NY - Coming off a huge program milestone victory, the Siena Saints women's lacrosse program looks to continue re-writing their record book as they play host to the Manhattan Jaspers at 12 p.m. Saturday. Siena currently sits at 2-0 in MAAC play, while Manhattan also sits at 2-0 as either side will face their first conference loss of the season.

Sophomore
Hayley Kmack made the most of Siena's first overtime game since last March, as she scored with 19 seconds remaining in the overtime period to give the Siena Saints a gutsy 17-16 victory on Wednesday afternoon. With the win, the Siena women's lacrosse team reached the 100 win plateau as a program. The Saints are currently in their 23
rd year as a varsity program, which began in 1997.
The Saints have now won all six of their games in the last seven contests. Siena has also won their last three games, matching their longest winning streak of the season.
The Green and Gold were led on offense by a six point day from junior captain
Annie Brennan, who scored five goals and added an assist on the game. Sophomore Micole McNeely scored three times and added two assists, while redshirt freshman
Kaitlyn Dowsett added four goals.
Julia Pelcher and
Kerry Gerety also added three ground balls, with Gerety also winning nine draw controls. Senior goalie
Sammy Horton made six saves on the day in her sixth win of the season, tying her for the 5
th most all-time in a single season.
Siena and Manhattan are facing each other for the 24th time, with the Jaspers owning a 17-6 advantage. The won the last meeting between the two clubs by a score of 17-10 on April 14, 2018.
