The Saints enter this weekend with a pair of major milestones in focus. Junior standout
Jalen Pickett stands just three points shy of becoming the 45th player in Siena Basketball history to eclipse 1,000 career points. Siena is in search of the program's first 3-0 start in 17 years, and a sweep this weekend would make Siena 4-0 for the first time since 1998-99. Additionally, with a win Saturday, head coach
Carmen Maciariello would become the first coach in program history to win 23 of his first 33 games leading Siena.
While the Saints prepare for their third and fourth games this weekend, Fairfield (2-9, 2-4) is set for its 12th and 13th contests on the docket. The Stags achieved a 72-56 tiumph over Rider last time out to snap a four-game losing streak.
Siena leads the all-time series with Fairfield 42-32, and has won four straight and seven of the last nine overall.
