BETHLEHEM, PA – After beginning the day on the top of the leaderboards, Siena Men's Golf placed second at the Lehigh Invitational, with junior
Nolan Crowley capturing his first-ever individual medalist honors. The Saints rounded out the Fall 2021 campaign having recorded all nine rounds under 300, marking the first time ever to have done so.
Crowley joined Harvard's Brian Ma in carding -2, 142 on the weekend in the 36-hole event, with the Saratoga Springs, New York native taking home medalist honors by way of the lower Saturday score. Siena shot 296 collectively as a team in the final round, with Harvard edging them out by two strokes to card 596 on the weekend and take home the team title. MAAC teams Fairfield (fourth), Iona (sixth), Monmouth (eighth), and Rider (10
th) also participated.
After carding a round of even, 72 in the opening go-around, Crowley shot -2, 70 with four birdies to take home the individual title on Saturday. Junior
Matthew Ferrari followed closely behind with a found of +2, 74 with two birdies in the second round to tie for third individually. Junior
Jack Tobin carded three birdies and eagled the 398-yard, par 4 twelfth hole to card +2, 74 and finish eighth.

Moritz Weigold recorded two bridies en-route to a round of +6, 78 and a split for 36
th on the weekend. Senior
Brody Yates rounded out the Saints' competition squad with +13, 85 to split for 59
th.
Siena concluded its Fall 2021 season with three top-5 finishes as a team, all nine rounds under 300, and the program record for lowest 18-hole team score, set on October 8 on its home course. The Saints will now prepare for the Spring 2022 campaign, which includes the 2022 MAAC Championship in April.
