LOUDONVILLE, NY – The Siena Saints checked in with weekly awards in volleyball on Tuesday, as junior Gracie Halley was named the MAAC Libero of the Week, while freshman Sara Wagner earn MAAC Rookie of the Week.
 
Halley enjoyed a 5.86 digs per set average in a 2-0 week for the Saints, with wins over Manhattan and Iona. She tied a career-high in digs for a single match with 27 on Saturday, followed by a 14 dig effort on Sunday in a sweep over the Gaels.
 
Wagner was a points machine in a 2-0 week for the Saints, averaging 3.29 kills per set and 3.14 digs per set. She notched a double-double with 14 kills and 14 digs on Saturday, followed by a nine kill, eight dig effort in a sweep on Sunday.
 
Siena carries their two-match winning streak into a home weekend at the UHY Center with Saint Peter's and Rider. Both matches are slated for a 1 p.m. start.
