Monmouth completed a four-game sweep of Siena Baseball by taking both ends of Saturday's twin bill on the Jersey Shore. The Hawks captured the opener 2-0 and the nightcap 13-1.

Rob Hensey outdueled
Connor Bovair in a pitcher's duel in the opener. Hensey went six strong scattering four hits and striking out four without issuing a walk to earn the win in the scheduled seven-inning affair.
Bovair went the distance for Siena (3-6), striking out a season-high nine over his six innings of work.
Monmouth (11-1) scored both of their runs in the second, on a leadoff homer from Alex Barker and an RBI single by Jake Catalano.
Devan Kruzinski recorded two of the Saints' four hits.

The Hawks erupted for eight runs in the third to cruise to their 11
th straight win in a seven-inning mercy rule shortened affair. Monmouth has outscored its opposition 68-18 during its win streak.
Johnny Zega recorded a pair of hits, stole a base, and drove in three runs to pace Monmouth. His RBI single opened the scoring in the decisive third inning, in which he drove in a second run on a bases loaded hit batsman later in the frame.
Siena broke through with an RBI double in the fourth by
Jake Hall to score Kruzinski.
Willie Schwarick went a perfect 2-for-2 at the plate for the Saints who've dropped six straight.
Following the previously announced postponement of Wednesday's doubleheader at Marist, the Saints are scheduled to return to action next weekend for a four-game series at Quinnipiac beginning with doubleheader action Saturday at noon.
