PROVIDENCE, RI – Siena Water Polo (0-3) ended opening weekend action at the Bruno Classic Sunday morning, dropping a 29-6 decision to #14 Wagner.

The Saints and the Seahawks faced off in a non-conference affair, with Wagner pulling out to a 9-2 lead after a quarter of play and never looking back.

Senior Georgia Vargas and junior Lily Graham each recorded a pair of goals in the loss, with Vargas ending the weekend with a team-leading seven scores. Senior Bianca Prinsloo and junior Grace Boeve also added a goal apiece.

Siena will conclude non-conference tournament action next weekend with four matches at the Robinette Invite in Erie, Pennsylvania.
