Â
Prinsloo continued to lead the Green and Gold in scoring on the year with 58 total points, while Vargas ranks second with 48, including a team-best 46 goals. Freshman
Ashley Chand's 20 goals rank third, with ten coming over four games last weekend, including a six-goal, first half outburst in the loss to Villanova. The Saints have continued to platoon goalkeepers
Anna Mossakowski and
Caroline Behr, with Mossakowski having made 55 saves in 14 appearances, and Behr having recorded 53 saves in 11 games played.
Â
VMI enters weekend action with a record of 3-17 and 0-6 in MAAC play, while nationally-ranked Wagner stands at 24-3 and a perfect 8-0 in conference action. The Keydets will look to snap their own ten-game losing skid, while the Seahawks have won eight in a row and stand alone at the top of the MAAC standings. Siena is 5-13 all-time against VMI, having last won in the series in 2014, while Wagner has won 33 of 35 all-time meetings between the two.
