Siena College sophomore Kojo Mensah has been selected Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Player of the Week. Mensah helped Siena pick up non-league wins over Fordham, Holy Cross and UAlbany.

Mensah averaged 17.7 points, 9.0 rebounds and 7.0 assists as Siena racked up three non-conference home wins this past week. Against cross-town rival and America East preseason favorite UAlbany, Mensah recorded Siena's first triple-double in 15 years scoring 20 points to go along with 14 rebounds and 11 assists. Although the Saints won the game in overtime, Mensah had registered the triple double in regulation. In Siena's win over Fordham, he scored 21 points, grabbed six rebounds and dished out four assists. Mensah shot 48% from the floor and 80% from the free throw line on the week.

Mensah is averaging 16.4 points, 8.2 rebounds and 6.0 assists this season.
