Siena Lacrosse captains Richie Hurley and Kyle Curry earned major awards from the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association. Hurley has been named a USILA Division I All-American Honorable Mention and Curry was tabbed a Scholar All-American.

Hurley is the program's fifth USILA All-American Honorable Mention joining Tony Asterino (1981), Brent Herbst (2009, 2010), Duncan Seale (2011) and Bryan Neufeld (2011, 2012). Curry becomes the Saints' third USILA Scholar All-American along with Matt Walsh (2006) and John Rogener (2011).

The MAAC Offensive Player of the Year and a First Team All-MAAC selection, Hurley broke the program single-season record with 48 assists this spring. His 82 points were the most by a Saint in 33 years and he was named to the Tewaaraton Award Watch List. A native of Setauket, N.Y., Hurley ranks fourth nationally in assists per game (2.82) and sixth in points per game (4.82) entering the Final Four weekend.

Curry was awarded Scholar All-American honors for his successes both on the field and in the classroom. Athletically, the Littleton, Mass. native was named a Second Team All-MAAC and MAAC All-Tournament Team selection this spring. He amassed 30 points and ranked second on the team with 38 groundballs. Academically, Curry graduated cum laude last weekend with a 3.56 cumulative GPA as a double major in both Economics and Marketing. He was a three-time MAAC All-Academic Team selection.

Hurley and Curry helped guide the Saints to an 11-6 overall record this season, culminating in the program's third MAAC Championship.
