LOUDONVILLE, NY - Siena Baseball battles Fairfield in the decisive rubber game of the series Sunday at noon at Connors Park. The squads split Saturday's series-opening doubleheader, with the Stags taking the opener 6-4 in 12 innings and the Saints capturing the nightcap with a 3-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, Zach Durfee extended his on-base streak to 14 straight while Brian Kelly has now reached base safely in 12 consecutive games.

Yesterday marked the start of the Saints' first home series of the 2019 season. After opening with 23 of their first 24 games on the road, Siena now enjoys a span where 15 of 20 are at Connors Park.

Fairfield (14-14, 5-3) enters the series finale winners of nine of their last 11. The Stags routed 22nd ranked UConn earlier this week in Storrs for what was believed to be the program's first-ever win over a ranked opponent. Fairfield was predicted to finish sixth according to the MAAC Preseason Coaches' Poll receiving 64 votes, while the Saints were slotted just behind in seventh place with 60 votes.

Siena leads the all-time series with Fairfield 35-29, although the Stags have captured six of the previous nine meetings.
