BETHLEHEM, PA– Siena Men's Golf ended weekend action at the Lehigh Invitational on a high note on Saturday, propelling from fifth to finish second at the Sacuon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
The Saints followed up an opening round output of 300 with a team round of 296 to end the 36-hole event with 596 in second place behind host Lehigh (587).
Fifth year
Nolan Crowley led the Green and Gold by finishing second with a two-round total of 143 (72-71), while sophomore
Austin Giroux also landed a top-ten individual finish in a tie for seventh (73-74-147).
Freshman
Michael McConie logged his best finish to-date in a tie for 12
th (77-72-149), while fifth year
Matthew Ferrari tied for 57
th (80-79-159). Junior
Dan Brooks rounded out the Saints' five-man competition team tied for 69
th (78-84-162). Competing as an individual, freshman
Gavin Crowley tied for 29
th (75-78-153).
Siena will conclude fall action at the Veterans Intercollegiate in Southampton, New York October 30-31.
