Siena Indoor Track Team Releases 2025-26 Schedule

Saints Men look to build upon encouraging season; newer faces look to emerge on women’s front

LOUDONVILLE, NY – After an indoor track season filled with gold medal finishes and individual best performances last year, the Siena men and women's teams will seek more encouraging results heading into the 2025-26 season under third-year head coach Elizabeth DeBole.

On Tuesday, the Saints finalized their schedule and will open the indoor season much earlier than in season's pasts with a Dec. 6 meet in the Crowell Invitational at Army West Point's Gillis Field House.

While many of last season's medal winners have graduated off the teams, the promising returners feature fifth year Luke Tkaczyk, seniors Tyler Greene and PJ Dauer, juniors Marcus Homa and Connor Leahy, and sophomore Jake Passalugo.

Greene ran fourth overall in the men's one mile with a time of 4:09.01 at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track Championships while Luke Tkaczyk placed sixth (4:12.46) and Homa was in eighth (4:19.38).

Three members of the men's 4x800 relay team return as well with Leahy, Dauer and Passalugo intact after a promising finish in fourth place (7:50.51) in last year's event.

The men's 4x400 medley relay team could be a factor as well with Dauer, Ralston Frattarola and Christopher Murphy all returning to a team that placed ninth overall (3:30.14) at last year's championships.

While many of last season's top runners have since graduated from the women's team, fresh faces will look to make their mark. As for the returners, senior Mattingly O'Rourke was a member of the women's 4x800 medley relay team that claimed gold with a time of 9:14.58 while senior Chloe Poulos was 10th in the women's one mile in 5:09.23.

The Saints will once again compete in the John Thomas Terrier Classic at Boston University for the seventh time in the past eight seasons on Fri. Jan. 30 and Sat., Jan. 31 at the Track and Tennis Center.

The meet can be followed streaming online on FloTrack with a paid subscription.

February will be a busy month for the Saints. Siena will travel to Staten Island, NY for the Fastrack National Invitational at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Feb. 6 followed by a return trip to Boston, MA for the ECAC / IC4A Championships from Feb. 7-8 at the Track and Tennis Center hosted by Boston University.

The David Hemery Valentine Invitational will also be on the ledger on Feb. 13 for the Saints and it will also take place at the Track & Tennis Center at Boston University.

Meet will be streamed on FloTrack.

The 2025-2026 season wraps with the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

The two-day meet will be held Feb. 21-22 at the Nike Track & Field Center at The Armory in New York NY for a 22nd consecutive season dating back to 2004.

The championships can be viewed on MAAC.TV with each championship schedule set for 5 p.m.
