LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Men's Lacrosse has revealed the 2026 schedule with 15 regular season games planned on the docket including seven home dates at Hickey Field and an additional two exhibition games on the road.

The Saints have some noted veterans coming back to the squad this season.

Key returners include Conor Hufnagle (36 goals, 17 assists), Patrick Radomski (32 goals, 15 assists), Travis Fry (28 goals, 12 assists), Caden Olmstead (13 goals, five assists in 11 games), Patrick Linton (seven goals), Joe Valenza (38 ground balls, 18 caused turnovers), R.J. Ihlefeld (59 ground balls, 20 caused turnovers), Jacob Wells (22 ground balls, 12 caused turnovers), Liam Lennon (18 ground balls, seven caused turnovers) and Logan Banek (232 for 387 faceoffs, .599 faceoff percentage, 139 ground balls).

Siena won its fourth MAAC championship in program history last season in topping Sacred Heart and extended their streak to at least making the MAAC Semifinals in four consecutive seasons.

2026 offers another competitive ledger against high caliber teams with eight opponents who finished with a .500 or better record in 2025 and nine teams who reached at least their conference semifinal round.

The Saints' 63rd varsity season of men's lacrosse will start on February 7 in a rematch against Boston University of the Patriot League for a second straight season after the teams met in Loudonville last year. The Terriers were 11-5 last season and reached the Patriot League Championship Game.

Siena will hold its home opener to begin a three-game home stand against Hofstra on Feb. 14, renewing the series for a third consecutive season.

Binghamton of the America East Conference visits Loudonville on Feb. 17 for a mid-week match up and the Saints will then welcome Air Force of the Atlantic Sun in a meeting for the first time since 2011. The Fighting Falcons won the conference championship against Utah and defeated Robert Morris in a NCAA Tournament game before bowing out to Maryland.

Following that, the Green & Gold will open up a heavy road slate with four straight and five of the next six playing away from Hickey Field.

Siena plays at Dartmouth of the Ivy League on Feb. 28 and then will travel to Syracuse to take on Le Moyne on March 3 of the Northeast Conference. MAAC plays starts up on March 7 with a trip to Quinnipiac followed by a visit to UAlbany's Casey Stadium in a rematch of last year's NCAA Tournament Opening Round Game.

The Saints return home to host Manhattan on March 21 and then play at MAAC rival Marist on March 25. Siena holds a razor thin margin of 24-22 in the all-time series, beating the Red Foxes both in the regular season and in the MAAC Semifinals last season.

Canisius will travel from Western New York to the Capital Region on March 28.  The Saints will play at second-year MAAC Men's Lacrosse member Iona on April 4.

In a MAAC Championship Game rematch, Siena and Sacred Heart will take to the turf on April 11 in Loudonville and then Siena takes the long trip to Mount St. Mary's (MD) for an April 18 date.

The final regular season game returns to Hickey Field when the Saints host Merrimack on April 22.

The MAAC Opening Round is scheduled for April 26 with the Semifinals set for April 30 followed by the MAAC Championship on May 2. The Opening Round contest will be hosted by the higher seed between the No. 4 and No. 5 seeds, while the highest seed will play host to the Semifinals and MAAC Championship Game. Only the Top-5 teams will qualify for the MAAC Postseason this season.

The Saints are coming off a season in which it went 11-5 overall including 7-1 in conference play. Siena's postseason run included a 15-14 victory versus No. 4 Marist and a 12-8 win at No. 1 seed and then #19/#16 Sacred Heart. Its season wrapped with an 11-9 defeat at then RV/#19 UAlbany in the NCAA Tournament Opening Round. The record was tied with the best record since 2012 and its first MAAC Championship since 2014 and fourth overall MAAC title.
