The Siena softball team lost their third straight game, in a 8-4 loss to the visiting Holy Cross Crusaders in non-conference action. The Saints took the lead in the first when senior Jodie Fiacco brought in a run with a single. Holy Cross would score in the fourth inning, before the Saints would take the lead on a Sarah Rose RBI-double and Christina Teator's sacrifice RBI.

The Crusaders scored three in the sixth and three in the seventh inning to take the lead. The Green & Gold will return to the field for a doubleheader tomorrow with Cornell. Game time is set for 3 p.m.
