Final Stats
North Dakota State scored two runs in the third and three in the sixth in a 5-0 win over the Siena softball team Sunday morning on the final day of play in the Aztec Invitational. The Saints fall to 0-5 on the season with the setback.
Freshman Laurel Pipkin went 4-for-4 with two runs scored and Allison Bakke tossed a two-hitter to pace the Bison.
Rachelle Morales and Jenny McNulty picked up hits for Siena. Renee Clavette pitched all six innings in the circle allowing 10 hits and just one earned run.
The Saints return to action against Cal State Northridge Tuesday.
