LOUDONVILLE, NY – After having its 2020-21 season abbreviated to only spring competition, Siena Men's Golf is set to get back to a full calendar of action this year, beginning with the announcement of the Fall 2021 schedule. The Saints will take the course for five events, including the return of home match play at nearby Schuyler Meadows Golf Club.
"We have a really solid team all the way around and are looking forward to competing this fall," Head coach
Steven Jensen said.
The Green and Gold will kick off the new year with a new tournament September 11-12, competing at the Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate at Hop Meadow Country Club in Simsbury, Connecticut for the first time in program history. The following weekend will see the team head to Watchung Valley Golf Club in Watchung, New Jersey for the Cornell Invitational September 19-20.
October for the Saints will begin at a familiar event, with the team competing at the UConn Invitational at GREATHORSE in Hampden, Massachusetts October 3-5. The team will next welcome sister school St. Bonaventure to Schuyler Meadows Golf Club for The Murray Cup on October 8, marking the first time since 2018 that Siena will have hosted a home event. The Fall 2021 campaign for the Saints will conclude October 22-23 at the Leigh Invitational at Saucon Valley Country Club in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
