LOUDONVILLE, NY – Siena Men's Soccer Head Coach Graciano Brito announced the second member of the team's incoming signing class on Tuesday. Defender Miguel Plaza will join the Saints' roster beginning next season as part of five new additions to the squad.
"We are very excited to have Miguel being part of our family," Brito said. He's a tremendous technical young player that will add depth to our back line, and we are greatly looking forward to working with him."
A native of Berlin, Germany, Plaza attended Stadtteilschule Bahrenfeld for high school and played center back for the FC Tiergarten, Tennis Borussia Berlin, and Hamburger SV U19 youth clubs in Germany.
The incoming freshman will join a squad that expects to return 25 letterwinners from last season, and will look to build on its best performance since 2016.
