LOUDONVILLE, NY - Siena Men's Soccer Head Coach Graciano Brito has announced the signing of defender Ismail Dia as part of his incoming class. 
 
"I'm very excited to have Ismail as part of our family," said Brito. "As a defender, he will bring great experience and leadership to our backline. Most importantly, Ismail has a great personality and will bring strong character to our team."
 
With 15 years of experience under his belt primarily as a center back, Dia has appeared in 99 matches since 2021-22. He has competed in U17 Elite League, U18 Platzierung, Schweizer Cup U18, Schweizer Cup U19, U19 Elite League, U19 Elite League Platzierungsspiele, and 1. Liga Playoff. Dia scored six goals over the duration, including four through 23 matches in 2024-24 while competing in the U19 Elite League.
