LOUDONVILLE, N.Y. - Siena Lacrosse goes for its sixth straight win over Manhattan when the Saints welcome the Jaspers to Siena Turf Field for a pivotal conference tilt this afternoon at 1 p.m. Follow all the action today beginning at 12:45 p.m. by watching the streaming broadcast online at SienaAllAccess.com.
The Saints (8-3, 2-1) and Jaspers (3-10, 2-1) enter the fray in a three-way tie for second place with Canisius in the MAAC Standings midway through the conference slate. The victor of today's game will undoubtedly be in good position for a berth in next month's four-team MAAC Tournament.
Siena has dominated Manhattan on late, winning the last five meetings while outscoring the Jaspers by a 54-31 margin. The Saints enter the day amongst teams also receiving votes in both the USILA Coaches' Poll and Nike/Inside Lacrosse Media Poll and a win today could vault the Saints into the top-20 for the first time in program history.
