Swimming and Diving Earns Scholar All-America Status

March 1, 2013

The Siena Swimming and Diving Team has been honored by College Swim Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for academic excellence earning them Scholar All-America status. It is the second straight season that the Saints have been recognized for their academic success.

"One thing we strive for is to do well in the classroom," coach Paul Kueterman said. "This award definitely honors that and I am very proud of the team for this great accomplishment."

Siena tallied a cumulative GPA of 3.2 with seven Saints being named to the MAAC All-Academic team including: Kaela Bjornberg, Katherine Canavan, Kelsey Helin, Jacque Medina, Amanda Podczerwinski, Amanda York, and Dana Tricarico.
