A star on the court from 1998-02, Archbold stands as one of just four players in program history to win 20 games under multiple head coaches and one of just eight to make three postseason appearances in a career. A three-time All-MAAC selection, he totaled 1,644 points and 630 rebounds, led the Saints in scoring in each of his final two seasons, and helped the team post an 86-45 record when he was on the court. Archbold was also given an NABC District 2 honor in 2002 and won the MAAC Tournament MVP while helping the Saints advance to that year’s NCAA Tournament and win a play-in game to move on to the round of 64. The Saints also won the MAAC Tournament and went to the NCAA in 1999, and advanced to the second round of the 2000 NIT after claiming the MAAC Regular Season title that season. Archbold played professionally from 2004-08 in Germany and France following graduation.
