A star on Siena’s highly-successful early MAAC squads, Lops scored 1,702 points in 111 contests, leading the team in scoring in each of her final three seasons. The 1993-94 MAAC Player of the Year, she was also a Kodak All-America Team Honorable Mention selection that year, the 1990-91 MAAC Rookie of the Year, and a four-time All-MAAC selection, including two First-Team nods. Averaging 18.4 points and 8.9 rebounds during her senior year, the 6-2 forward finished her career ranked first in program history in rebounding, free throws made, and free throws attempted, and still holds the records in the latter two. Lops ended her career with career averages of 15.3 PPG and 8.3 RPG and was a co-captain of the 1993-94 team that posted a 24-4 record, captured the MAAC Regular Season Championship and strung together an NCAA-best 16-game winning streak. Lops's career continued professionally in Sweden, where she was a three-time all-star and had her jersey retired after averaging 23 points and 12 rebounds. She was named to the MAAC Basketball 25th Anniversary Team in 2006 and the conference’s Hall of Fame Honor Roll in 2012.
